I’m Olivia.

I’m a somatic counselor and guide devoted to helping people come home to themselves — to their bodies, their truth, and their innate capacity for healing.

My work weaves together somatic therapy modalities, contemplative practice, and ceremony, supporting those who feel called toward deeper connection to self, the divine, and others, through the gentle healing of early wounds. I create spacious containers where transformation unfolds at its own pace — through helping you to make contact with what brings you alive (what I like to call your golden threads) and befriending any protective parts that might be keeping you from following them.

Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned that peace comes from within — from being willing to face our deepest wounds and transmute them into sacred power. This is brave, magical and deeply transformative work.
